This reduction in fuel provides an equally dramatic reduction in greenhouse gas emissions. The Loring roasters are designed with the Flavor-Lock Roast Process Technology which produces a brighter, cleaner cup. The roasting chamber evacuates oxygen from the roast atmosphere and increases humidity which acts to preserve more of the flavor in each bean.
