This unique coffee brewing system makes a coffee extract that can be used in different ways.
On the farm, they serve the extract with a little hot water pot on the side.
You mix your own amount of water and extract in your cup to your liking. The extract lasts about 2 days.
Several folks have incorporated the coffee extract into desserts or mixed alcoholic drinks.

Has a distinctive profile: tea-like with a jasmine aroma, orange blossom and bergamot notes, and delicate florals.
It grows best at high altitudes and can be delicate. It is low yielding meaning that it produces a small amount of berries per plant. This coffee is the first crop of Geisha that our farmer Hamilton has produced.

DARK ROAST WHOLE BEAN
Coffee, Coffee12oz Light Roast Whole Bean Peruvian Coffee
Grown in the Peruvian cloud forest under a canopy of native trees this premium coffee is well balanced with medium levels of both body and acidity. Subtle flavor notes include floral, herbal and sweet nutty attributes. This is not a flavored coffee; these are naturally occurring flavor notes that can be found in this cup. The finish is smooth and clean.
Our dark roast is full bodied, but never burnt or bitter. Whole beans help maintain the freshness, however they require that you grind them prior to brewing.
This coffee is imported directly from a single estate family owned farm. This farm practices bio-dynamic farming; this is a system that integrates the highest level of sustainability practices for the land and humanitarian practices for labor.
It has received a specialty rating of Q 80 set by the SCAA, Specialty Coffee Association of America. This coffee has the unique combination of being both specialty rated for quality and taste as well as being sustainably farmed and directly sourced.
